Shipping
Delivery Time
We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will make every effort to process and ship it within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground within the U.S. Expedited shipping is on a case by case basis and the additional shipping fees associated with the upgrade will need to be collected prior to the orders shipment.
International Shipping
Wall Star Graphics ships internationally to select countries. However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them if applicable.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility
Due to the handmade process and each item being made to order, All Sales Are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges. In the event an exception is made, and to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customized or personalized products, such as those with custom text or images, are exempt from our any exception to our return policy unless they are damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, providing clear images of the issue. We will use this information to begin the claims process. Keep the damaged item as well as all of the original boxes, tubes and packing materials until the claims process is complete. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem by sending a replacement.
