ABOUT OUR WALL DECALS?
All of our designs are made using a matte, interior grade, cut vinyl, which means there will be no background image. The color of the wall you'd be installing the decals on will show through any cut out areas of the designs.
CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLING WALL DECALS?
For the best outcome, walls should be clean and dry and any freshly painted walls need to be fully cured for at least 4 weeks prior to installing wall decals, making sure that the humidity in the room is 50% or higher during the installation, and for 24 hours after.
FRESHLY PAINTED WALLS?
After painting, walls must be allowed 4 weeks to fully cure before installing wall decals. During this 4 week period, the outgassing process occurs. Any attempt to install prior to this time could cause the decals to fall off the wall.
TEXTURED WALLS?
Our wall decals work best on smooth to semi-smooth textured walls. The standard orange-peel texture is the most textured surface we can recommend.
VOC FREE PAINT?
If using VOC free paint, in certain situations, you may experience difficulty installing wall decals. To minimize any difficulties, make sure the paint has fully cured for 4 weeks prior, the humidity in the room is 50% or higher during the install and for 24 hours after, and that the graphic remain on the wall for a minimum of 24 hours prior to removing the application tape.
ARE WALL DECALS REMOVABLE?
Yes, our wall decals are easily removable, but are not reusable.

TIME NEEDED TO MAKE YOUR WALL DECALS?
All of our designs are made to order. Although our turnaround time is usually less, our stated time for processing is 3-5 business days from time order is received.
ABOUT A FEW OF OUR COLOR OPTIONS
Orange is a bright orange (think Home Depot)
Yellow is vibrant.
Metallic Silver and Gold do have a sheen to them, but are not "glittery" or overly shiny.
Nut Brown has an orange undertone (think rust).
For any of our colors, we can provide you with the PMS match number upon request.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED
If the ship to address you've provided is not correct or up to date, we will gladly reship your order, if it's returned to us. However, we will charge for the the additional postage costs associated to do so.
